I have a user that is creating an e-mail and then wants
to print it before sending it. Her Outlook is configured
to use Word as an e-mail editor. In this configuration,
if she prints the e-mail before she sends it all she gets
is the body of the message to print, no To: or From:
fields or subject line. If you don't use word as the
email editor and try to print before you send it
everything prints fine. It does print okay if you print
it from sent items in either configuration. The user
still wants to use word as the e-mail editor. Has anyone
else run into this before?
