I am running Windows Vista Ultimate and Office 2007. As of last night my
email and everything worked fine. This morning when I went to check my mail,
all of the buttons (new, reply, forward, etc) are grayed out and do not
function. Same thing with Word. I can open old emails or documents, but
cannot make new ones or edit anything. I still receive email fine, I just
can't reply to any of them.
I have tried to "Activate" again with no luck.
I have tried to register (read somewhere that might help) but can't even
find how to do that.
I have done an Office "diagnose/repair"
I have done a repair from the Office CD
I did a system restore back to when I know that my email was working
None of this has worked and it's really driving me crazy! If anyone can help
