Word problems
Hello Everyone,
I could use some assistance with setting up RPC over HTTPS (Outlook Anywhere).
Here’s the office setup.
I have a Windows 2003 SBS Standard R2 server which I have enabled Outlook
via the Internet, Outlook Web access and Outlook Mobile Access. I have
enabled SSL on IIS.
There’s a SonicWALL firewall in place.
Home Office Setup.
Linksys Firewall
Laptop with Windows Vista Business and Office 2007 Small Business Ed.
Here is the problem:
I have configured Outlook 2007 to use Outlook Anywhere. When I attempt to
open Outlook I’m presented with the login box for the Exchange server. When I
type in domain\username and the password, the login box reappears and does
not accept the login credentials.
Just to clarify I am able to login via the Outlook Web Access and the
Outlook Mobile Access.
My questions:
Do I need to open any ports other than 443 for Outlook Anywhere to work?
Is there any additional setting in Outlook that I need to setup?
Thanks in advance for your assistance.
