Outlook Anywhwere does not connect with Exchange Server

After installing Oulook 2007, Outlook Anywhere (previously known as Oulook
via HTTP) does not work. I must establish a VPN connection to connect to my
server. I am 100% sure the settings are correct. I have a feeling there is
a firewall of some sort that was set up when I installed Outlook 2007.

Has anyone else seen this behavior? Solutions?
