Outlook APPCRASH on two Vista computers at the same time. Help!!!!

On Tuesday, I replaced a router that was faulty and causing extremely
slow Internet connections. The new one works fine.

Today, Thur, i'm told Outlook 2007 is crashing on two machines. Both
machines got an email from a particular user at the company, listed
multiple times. That user had a new computer which I setup. All
machines run Macafee antivirus, which is up to date and all machines
have automatic windows updates.

I'm wondering if an automatic update could have caused this, now that
the Internet connection is much stronger and could complete larger
updates. Was running like Dial-up before.
