Hi, this is what I am trying to do:
A user wants to book a resource called 'room catering'. so in outlook 2000,
they create a new apointment, click on 'invite others' selects 'room
catering' and adds it to the resources box. When the user sends the
apointment, an email is required to go to an email address (or email group)
in this case '#reception' for them to approve/organise.
What the problem is, the resource can be booked and does appear in the 'room
catering' calendar, but it does not send an email to '#reception'. no email
is needed to go to the 'room catering' account.
This has been working until recently, but the person who set this up has left,
now i have to try and fix it!
using Windows 2000, Outlook 2000, Exchange 2003, Windows 2003 Active
directory
any help appreciated
