I'm using Outlook 2003 SP1.
I would like to propose that future Outlook Calendars handle appointment
reminders on an individual basis (unless it already exists).
For example, I like to have 15 minute reminders on everything I get. My
boss doesn't ever use reminders. I think that I should be able to set an
option in the Outlook settings to default to 15 minute reminders for anything
I receive that has no reminder attached. Similarly, my boss could then
default her reminders to "none" if she so chose, "Bill" could set his to 5
minutes for all his appointments, etc.
