Is it possible for a user to loose permission to an appointment they've
created?

Basically the user had a reoccuring appointment for every two weeks over the
year, and the user wanted to add some addtional people, but the "Add Other"
option was greyed out. The user was able to add users in January, so
wondering why she can't modify the appoint today.
