3 suggestions for improving Outlook...
1. The Outlook appointments window should show travel detail options before
& adfter the appointment, eg, means of travel, time for travel (displayed on
the calendar as a dotted line around times), time before appt start, time
after appt end, and a 'ticket booked' checkbox & ref No. The alarm function
should have an option whether you want the alarm period to relate to start of
travel time or Appt time.
2. When browsing the calendar, the display should stay in the same view
(day, work week, week etc, when selecting new dates on the overview calendar
on the left with a single click
3. There should be an option to display key national dates on the calendar
that are not public holidays, in addition to the currently available public
holidays, for example for the UK: Burns night, Queens Birthday, Trafalgar
Day, St George's, Andrews, Davids etc etc. Also an option to display all
Saint's days at the beginning of the day, with information available on a
click
