Outlook appts should be able to have columns to view alot of info

Gone to Maui

in the appt notes area, have the ability to setup columns for short notes so
you can view many items at once instead of the one column all the way down
the left side of the note area. this would allow a "quick view" of for
instance, your "To-Do's" for the day since I put them in a appt so it's "in
my face" each day at the top of the day (around 7am). the ones that i do not
get done, i simply drag the to-do appt to the next day.
there are many to-do's each day and don't like to add a single task for each
item. this becomes unmanageable with reminders constantly popping up, so you
tend to ignore some of them since many are not important.

another suggestion for the tasks is to have the HIGH priority reminders for
tasks "ding" a different tune and continue dinging until you deal with it.
Normal tasks, a different tune, say reminder ding a few times (settings per
reminder would be nice) and tasks with low priority ding once or twice, but
all different tunes. something along this line. it would be very beneficial
to have this since managing many tasks per day becomes tiring and you tend to
ignore most after awhile.

each task must be in the task list in order to remind you it's something
that has to be dealt with, but with certain priorities. make this work
better and you have a winner of a program. i love living out of it now, but
this would really benefit myself and probably many others.

thx.
