Close the current one if it's open by right clicking on the root of it and
choosing Close. Then you can create a fresh one using the File menu > New >
Outlook Data File command. Set that as the default archive file here: Tools
menu > Options > Other > Auto Archive.
size limit only been applicable to an ansi fromat file
