Outlook archiving

Hi there,
A relatively straightforward question ...
I am using an Outlook client in Pop3 mode. I have (so far) three PST folders
- Inbox, InMail (for storing email that arrives to Inbox) and OutMail (for
storing email in Sent folder). Is there an effective archiving process
whereby I can archive old mail in my InMail and OutMail PST files? I tried to
set-up an auto-archive capability - but got a message about my
PST folders not supporting Unicode??? My Outlook version is Outlook 2003.

Would really appreciate some feedback,
