Outlook as system service to notify user of new mail.

My suggestion is to add a feature into Outlook that allows it to run as a
system service when the main program interface is closed. This will allow
users who setup automatic sending/receiving of mail to receive new mail and
have a notification in the system tray just as it does when the program is
running.

Third party software (much of it free) already provides this option. And I
do NOT want Outlook running as a Windows service - too tempting for
mischief.
