Outlook asking Username password when close the program

My outlook mail client is asking for a username and password even when am
closeing the outlook program.
Other thing is I have tracked that, when am closed the outlook it's still
running on the Task manager. But it is not in the Task Bar.

Anyone can help to resolve this thing please write to this...
