You don't provide the version of Outlook, the type of email account, what
format you're using, or what your recipients use.

My guess is that you're using Outlook's default format of Rich Text. This
format is specific to Outlook which means that your recipients who don't use
Outlook can't read this format. This could even strip attachments out of the
email.

My suggestion is to change your email format to HTML or plain text (Tools >
Options > Mail Format) and send again.

I have forwarded an email (outlook 2003) and checked that it was HTML format,
but still other person can't receive the attachment. She is using
incredimail. Are there any other products that work better besides outlook
express

If this person in your Contacts? If so, open the COntacts record for the
person and double-click the E-mail address field. Examine the dialogue. Is
there an "Internet format" drop-down at the bottom? If so, what does it
say?
