Outlook Attachment Notation

I have received some emails that have a regular attachment in the attachment
line (under subject line) but they also have a <notation> in the body of the
email with the name of the attachment. My COO wants us to start doing this,
but I can not figure out how to do it.

What sort of files are they that you're receiving like that? I don't
believe Outlook will do it natively; it could be that notation is generated
by the application initiating the e-mail. (ex: if they are image files and
they use Windows Photo Gallery to e-mail them)

Of course you could always just type the notation in by hand if you're not
sending e-mails too often.

We work with word or excel documents. We send e-mails often so we look for an
automatic solution.
