Outlook attachments disappear

Problem is some email receipients receive my emails without attachments.
I am using a new system with Office 2007 Standard (Outlook), Vista Home
Premium and a POP server.

I can send an email with attachments and some receipients do not receive the
attachments, while others receive them. At times those receipeints are
copied on the same email. Also noted that at times the receipients were on
the same email server.
