Outlook attachments

Christmas is coming and I want to attach electronic cards to friends. The
problem is that whenever I produce a card (with sound) using my edition of
Microsoft Picture It, I receive a message saying that it is being blocked by
Outlook and also that any recipient using Outlook may also be unable to
receive the attachment. How can I resolve this problem?
