Outlook authentication due to Sharepoint

I'm not sure if this is the correct discussion group or not, but I have
Outlook 2003 installed. When I receive emails that contain pictures from a
Pictures Library on a Sharepoint 2003 Portal Server, I'm prompted for NT
authentication. It will accept my information after I enter it in, but if I
close out Outlook and access the same email, I'm prompted again.

I checked permissions and settings on the Portal Server and it looks like we
do not allow Anonomous User access, but everyone is in the user list with at
least Reader access roles.

Any suggestions or should I take this somewhere else? Thanks.
