HELP! When I open some emails that contain html, outlook (2002) shutsdown
with no warning, nothing, just like I never opened it. This act also happens
when I try to sign on with an online account (Rapsody), when I click the
login button, the entire program shuts down.
Does anyone have any suggestions or what this might be? I'm lost and don't
know that the issue is connections, firewall, virus, ??
