Can someone point me in the right direction. I have a
client who will not recieve any emails automatically,
even if she clicks on the send/recieve button. Until she
clicks on another folder then clicks on the Inbox folder
again, then she sees any new emails that have been sent.
I have tried several different settings under options and
recreating her email account. Any assistance would be
very much appreciated. You can email me at
