I am trying to set up a routine to batch email "purchase orders" from an
address table using ".send". Is there a way to disable the following
warning message?

"A program is trying to automatically send email on your behalf. Do you want
to allow this?"

a) Don't use Outlook

b) Switch to Office 2007

In Office 2007 you don't get the warning as long as Windows sees that
your Anti-Virus software is current.

No warnings with those. I use CDOSys any time the user does not have to
see the Email prior to sending it.

I am working with an app that is distributed at 400+ user sites. Is CDOSys a
feasible solution? How can I get more documentation?

It is automatically included in Windows 2000 and higher. It does need to
be pointed at a mail server though so I don't know how that would work in
a distributed solution. My use of it is in a corporate environment all
using the same Exchange server.
