Hello, outlook backup tool cannot complete the backup process because "there
is not enough space" on the designated drive. This WAS because there was not
enough space on the external hard drive I ORIGINALLY designated for backup.
However, I changed the location of the backup to a new 500 gb drive which
should have plenty of room. It seems to backup fine to the new hard drive
but then, half way through backup, wants to revert back to the old location.
Then it gives message "not enough room." Consequently, the "last backup"
date and time does not update itself because the process was, apparently, not
completed. I also use archive feature of outlook. I did switch the location
of ALL my .pst files to the new hard drive so don't know why it wants to
complete backup on old hard drive. Can anyone help? Thanks
