Upgraded from Office pro 03 to office enterprice 07 with BCM...
You always hope for more stability, but hopes don't usually come true.
Problems with Outlook with BCM
1) If you display Business Contacts in BCM so that they are grouped by
company name, so you click a + on company name and they all appear together,
you have two problems:
a) if you change the company name, which would change what group it is in,
Outlook freezes and your have to Ctrl-Alt-Del to end it
b) when you restart, it tells you the BCM data was not shut down, and goes
through a process of checking it
c) if you scroll beyond the 1st or last contact in this view, the sceen says
no contacts in this view and you have to shut down and restart to get outlook
to show the contacts again.
2) Additionally, I have had Outlook/BCM freeze for no reason.
3) I would like to group the Business Contacts in BCM by the Account in BCM
they are tied to, so it would not matter what the company name is, but I
don't see any way of doing this.
Thanks for your help.

I have done all the diagnostics stuff, no problems.
