Outlook BCM:only 1 contact per Account?

I'm not able to link a Business Contact to more than one Account. This is a
pretty severe limitation to expensive software. Is there a workaround to
this? Or how about a fix.

That's correct, because accounts and contacts are in a parent - child relationship. The workaround would be to make a copy of the contact.
