Not sure which group this is getting sent to or if this has been discussed
previously (I'm adding this via MS' Office "Post a suggestion" link) - just
adding a suggestion that the BCM uninstall should also remove the SQL VSS
Writer application if also uninstalling the associated BCM SQL database (or
at least prompt the user indicating they will have to do this manually - I
don't recall seeing one).
Otherwise, the next time the PC is rebooted you get a "SQL dump" error when
the now-orphaned service tries to start, which doesn't adversely affect
anything, but makes users panic
