Please don't use the suggestion feature for reporting problems.
Do you have all your add-ins disabled? Was it an upgrade from a previous
Outlook version?

Patrick, you seem to avoid answering directly many of the posts here. How
about getting off your horse for a few mins here and actually try to help
people?

Excuse me?
What did I do to deserve that insult?
I generally look at posts related to Outlook 2007 Beta 2 only. I don't
have any older version of Outlook around and me trying to remember how
to do X from memory wouldn't be much helpful to people. As you might
have noticed, Outlook 2007 is currently a beta version. I don't know if
you have any experience with beta software, but trying to help people
with beta software is not as easy as it is with a retail version. For a
lot of the issues, there are no set solutions, but rather it is a
process of eliminating possibilities. In addition, as I'm in the
technical beta for Office 2007, I have always in mind that it improving
Outlook by reporting bugs is as important as helping users troubleshoot
problems they have with beta software.
In the case of this particular question, the poster is obviously
reporting a behavior that should not happen. My questions were aimed at
figuring out whether a particular add-in might have caused the issue or
whether this is a bug in Outlook.
If you have any issue with how I try to help people, I suggest you post
next time with your real name and don't hide behind "John". As you can
see from my posts, I provide my real name and my real website. If you
don't like me and want to make that known to the world, I suggest you do
the same.
