Outlook blackberry

When Outlook is working Online, my email doesn't get forwarded to my
Blackberry. When I work Offline, my email goes to AOL and goes to the
Blackberry. This requires working on both AOL and Outlook. Would like to
just use Outlook as my main program and not have both running. Suggestions?

Not an Outlook issue. Configure your Blackberry to leave a copy on the mail
server so that Outlook can downloads it as well.

I probably was not clear. I am referring to mail that I receive into AOL
from others, not mail that I send from the Blackberry.

You might want to be a bit more precise in your setup and configuration.
Which version of Outlook are you using?
Which mail account type are you using?
Which method of forwarding do you use and how do you have it configured?

Outlook 12.0.6 I didn't configure it - I just brought it up and it started
working with AOL. I have called AOL and they aren't helpful, and I have
called Cingular/AT&T and they also apparently have never worked with the
Blackberry. Where do I configure it? When I synchronize my Blackberry to my
PC, the 'messeages' synch area is greyed out, so I can't select anything
there. My calendar and contacts are coming through fine. Can you direct me
somewhere?

I do't think it's possible to sync with the folders of an IMAP account, only
with the delivery location (i.e., default) folders.
