Outlook blocked access to the following potentially unsafe attachments. . .

Using MS Outlook 2000, Windows 98, trying to receive an
attachment to an email that I know to be safe, toward the
top of the email is the message, "Outlook blocked access
to the following potentially unsafe attachments. . ." The
file extension is.pst.

What can I do to allow the attachment to come through?
