Outlook blocking links from this site?

I have outlook set up on this machine as my defulat mail client. Not using an
exchange server, just using it for my POP mail account.

However, when I get an e-mail from this site, where I can "click here to
read and rate the response", I just get directed to a blank page.

When I hover over the link it says "blocked::http://www.microsoft....." you
get the idea.

Any ideas?
