I had Office Beta 2007 running superbly on my machine since its release. I
have since installed the Technica lRefresh with no problems either. The other
day however my machine did a series of automatic updates and I also installed
the Live Care Beta. Since then, Outlook in both series will not run.
I uninstalled 2007 and tried to reinstall 2003 but that claims that there is
a problem with my mapi32.dll (what ever that is) and blames in on some new
messeging software. If I attempt to reinstalled 2007 that fails too. This
problem only seems to be affecting Outlook, not the rest of Office.
I have uninstalled all the updates that came through on the day everything
broke and also removed Live Messenger, but stil lthe same problems persist.
Any ideas on how to remove this corrupted *.dll file and get a clean 2003
install?
