Outlook bound to old NIC

Replaced a dead network card with a different one all
internet, network functions work, I can ping the eschange
server but outlook won't resolve any names saying "the
exchange address book was unable to logon to the exchange
server" all other network functions working correctly,
someone mentioned perhaps outlook still bound to old nic.
I removed old nic from hidden devices and reinstalled
office, still get same error.

Any thoughts??
