Outlook break my HTML messages?!

Hi
I am trying to send HTML messages using OUTLOOK 2000
When i receive the email'outlook remove some characters
for example sometimes HREF www.codetools.com
become www.cdetools.com (note the missing o)

I've seen similar things when using HTML tags if the tags aren't constructed
properly and Outlook parses them and thinks a character is really some HTML
control character or part of a tag. What do your tags look like?

I did construct them well!!
The problem was solved(hopefully) after i inserted the HTML into a resource
file
and then use loadresdata and unicode conversion
