outlook bug - "hide when minizized" "don't show this dialog box"

I upgraded from office 2000 to office 2003, and in outlook 2003 when i click
"hide when minimized", even if "don't show this dialog box on send/receive"
is checked,
it still pops up - i found a dozen other internet posts of users having the
same problem... but no solution :( the only solution is to uncheck "hide
when minimized"
