Outlook Business Contact Manager doesn't work after changing user.

I have no idea why, but my business contact manager in Outlook no longer
works after I changed the user from Administrator to Power User.

Now that I have a separate administrator account on my computer, I attempted
to uninstall and reinstall the Buiness contact manager, but I get an error
log message at the end of the install. I'm doing all this as the
administrator

The problem initiated after I changed the account to Power user and
attempted to load Outlook. At that time, the computer presented an error
message stating that the Contact Manager database could not be found.

I uninstalled and reinstalled it twice with no success.

Any suggestions would be appreciated

Hi,
Try adding the Power user to the "BCMUsers" group and then restart your
machine. You should be able to access BCM now
Regards.
