Outlook Business Manager Contacts

I get the following error when trying to import to OBM
from Excel Worksheet, "Contact,Unable to create the
contact object". Please let me know if you know how to
fix this.

Please provide the exact steps that you're following.

FYI, there is a separate newsgroup for BCM issues --
microsoft.public.outlook.bcm
