Outlook Buttons All Greyed Out

Recently come up against an issue where all of a sudden a large number of
Outlook Buttons are all greyed out for no apparent reason that I can find.

Rinning Outlook 2007 SP1 On Vista Business on Exchange Server 2003and the
following functions just suddently became unavailable:

- Send, Reply, Forward
- New (everything

and several others.

Any ideas...

They think it might be an activation issue. When I went to help to activate,
the machine starts to think about it, then stops, not launching the
activation webpage.
