Outlook buttons on QuickLaunch Toolbar

I would like to have two buttons on the QuickLaunch toolbar. One to
open Outlook 2002 to Outlook Today view, and another to open it to
display my calendar. I did this with O2k but cannot remember how and
can't find anything in help on how to do this. Any suggestions?

Try going to folder view in Outlook and Drag and drop a shortcut for
each folder to the Desktop. Then move or copy the shortcuts to the QL
tool bar.

Good idea but I can only drag the button around within the Outlook Bar.
I cannot drag them to the desktop.

To partly answer my own question, there are command line switches that
come close. To start the calendar I am now using in a shortcut:

outlook.exe /select outlook:calendar

What I would still like in the mode is for both the Outlook Bar and
Folder List to be turned off. I've found reference to a "/folder"
switch, but when I try that I just get an error message about the
"command argument not valid". Oh well. Half an answer is better than
none.
