Outlook Calander

A secretary makes appointments on her bosses calander, but
when she checks later, the times have changed? The bosses
time is correct.

Check the Time Zone settings in Outlook.

Select the TOOLS menu
Select OPTIONS...
Click the CALENDAR OPTIONS... button
Click the TIME ZONE... button

There is also a little check mark in the time zone area
for DST (Daylight Savings Time). Check to see if that
should be on or off.
