Add an option to put a diagonal slash through the dates that have already
passed, much like marking your own calendar on the wall. Options (in
addition to the basic option of "Slash-Through Past Dates) might include line
intensity (light, medium, dark), style (dotted, broken, solid) and width
(Narrow, Medium, Wide).
In the calendar views (work-week, week, month), each diagonal would run from
the top right to the lower left corner of each date block; in the daily view
it would simply run from the bottom left to the top right corners
