Outlook Calendar and Address Book Syncronization, Desptop & Laptop

I have Outlook 2003 on my desktop (running Windows XP) where I have been
using the features, including the calendar and address book, extensively. I
now have a laptop (running Vista Home Premium) with Outlook 2007. How is the
best way to keep my calendar and address book in sync between the desktop and
laptop?
