Outlook Calendar Appointments

Hi, first timer here. Out of nowhere, my outlook calendar started putting my
calendar appointment entries from my people in Asia and Europe at their local
time instead of adjusting the UTC for my US time. If I look at the planner
itself, it says my local time in the text but puts it on my calendar at the
wrong time (the senders local time). If it was one person, I would say that
it was a user error. This started happening a few months ago and I have
checked the time in my computer but I am at a loss as to why this is
happening. Any ideas?
