Outlook calendar available time is not displayed.

Hello,

I have a problem with a Outlook XP calendar available time. the problem is
that the time is not displayed as avalible time when another user is trying
to schedule an appointent.

Example:
UserA in his calendar for a certain date has an available time from 9:00am
to 10:am and from 3:00pm to 4:00pm. The rest of the day is booked.

UserB is trying to schedule an appointment (In Outlook XP: New> Appointment

Scheduling) and sees that the UserA does not have any available time from

9:00 to 10:00am, the long blue line is displayed up to 3:00pm.


My question here is what could cause the blue line display all the way up to
3pm?

I would like to fix the problem and make sure that all of the available time
is displayed correctly.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
