Outlook Calendar - Can't see meetings

I enter mettings on the Calendar and send them to my boss,
but they no longer are being displayed on my calendar they
are displayed on his. Our IT person seems to think it has
to do with a font issue. I checked my PC for the MYdoom
virus and I don't have it although I have been receiving
crazy messages from a David, Jennifer, etc. I also cannot
delete any e-mails dated July 5 to earlier in the year
without receiving an error message. I went on vacation
July 1 to Juy 6 and upon my return the problem started.

HELP!!!
