Outlook Doubtful...
I'm using Outlook to manage a conference room calendar, but do not receive
conflict notification (not even the tiny warning bar above the Start Date &
Time) when a the time conflict is between an event, appointment, or meeting.
If I have an existing all day event or multi-day appointment or meeting and
schedule a new event, meeting, or appointment during the BUSY block of time,
no error or warning occurs.
