Outlook Calendar-Content Protection Enabled

I have a customer who accepts meetings and afterward the meeting is content
protected - Something is causing appointments in Outlook 2003 Calendar to
become content protected and unreadable. To the user's knowledge, He's not
doing anything to cause this. The appointment now reads "Content Protection
is Enabled" and he can't see what the original appointment is. Has anyone
experienced this issue?

Is he using a Blackberry? I see that description in the appointments on it
until I enter my password on the device.

He does have a Blackberry, but all of his invites are being accepted from
Outlook on his laptop.

Yes it is. It's a policy we push out to all of our blackberrys. Could this
be the issue, even though he is the only report case with the problem?

Logically, no, it shouldn't effect just him but I'd disable on his BB to
verify. It could he does something different than the others or has an
addin or something that affects it. Copy the policy, change that specific
property and apply it to his account.
