I manage an executive calendar. During my first Outlook setup reminders for
my account and his account worked just fine. A few months later, I had
issues on recurring appointments which made the reminders stop working. I
deleted the recurring meetings on his and my calendar. Now, reminders on my
account works but reminders on his calendar doesn't. Our company's help desk
have been working on this problem but so far no response. I would appreciate
any ideas....
