Outlook Calendar does not show invites as tentative on calendar

User has Outlook XP installed with SP3. When she receives
invites for meetings, they do not appear on her calendar
as Tentative. Is there a switch to turn this option on?
User has a Blackberry and a Palm Tungsten installed on
system. I have tested with other systems that have similar
devices attached and they all display the invites as
tentative.
