Outlook Calendar doesn't follow computer clock

I have been using Outlook calendar for several years with
no problem. Now, all of a sudden, it will not advance to
the next calendar day and as result, doesn't ding me when
appointments come due. If I either re-boot the computer,
or, exit Outlook and then restart it, it will be on the
current date, but, again, the next day, it's still
yesterday's date.

I re-installed outlook, but, that hasn't solved the
problem.

Does anyone know what might be causing this and how to
fix it?
