Outlook Calendar Error

We are running Exchange Enterprise 2003 w/SP2 and Outlook 2003 on the client
workstations. I have a user who is apparently recieving appointments who are
scheuled by other employees, yet he is not getting the email say that their
is an appointment ready to be accepted. If he does not happen to notice it
on his calendar (sometime they show up, sometimes they dont) and accepts it,
it will disappear after 15 minutes. I guess I could rebuild his account, but
I am hoping for other options.
